Athletic development coaching is available for multiple athletes regularly.
This service is built around a custom training plan with weekly check-ins, designed to maximize long-term athletic development while placing clear responsibility on the athlete. It is not about your current performance level. It is about your ability to train independently, apply knowledge, stay consistent, and take ownership of the process. Only a limited number of athletes are accepted, and every plan is created with long-term progression as the primary objective.
You receive a fully individualized training structure tailored to your physiology, goals, schedule, and competitive demands. The coaching is intentionally minimalistic in control and maximal in precision. You execute the training. I analyze, adjust, and guide. Weekly check-ins ensure alignment, accountability, and intelligent progression, while preserving your autonomy and decision-making as an athlete.
This is not daily hand-holding or constant supervision. It is a professional collaboration built on trust, responsibility, and athletic literacy. The goal is not dependency, but development—stronger systems, better judgment, and sustainable performance over time.
